Lone Peak Healing Collective’s mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and authentic space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

I support individuals in reconnecting with their true selves, understanding how past experiences shape the present, and building the tools needed to create a more grounded, fulfilling future. I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering who you are and learning to live from that truth.

Our Values

I believe authenticity is the foundation of meaningful healing. Clients are encouraged to show up exactly as they are—without judgment, shame, or expectation—so true growth can unfold.

Authenticity

Healing happens in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and respected. I prioritize creating a nonjudgmental, confidential, and supportive environment rooted in trust and mutual respect.

Safety & Trust

In therapy, we honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Lasting change occurs when all aspects of a person are acknowledged and supported.

Whole-Person Healing

I believe clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and insight so you can reclaim your voice, strength, and autonomy.

Empowerment

I am committed to meeting each client with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care. Healing is a collaborative process, and I value being fully present with each individual’s story.

Compassion & Presence

Inspired by the strength, resilience, and beauty of Montana, I understand the unique challenges and rewards of life in a rural, recreation-based community. My approach values balance, a connection to nature, and living with intention.

Therapeutic Approach

My clinical approach is humanistic and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on compassion-focused and strengths-based therapy. In this space, I prioritize the development of a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship as the foundation for effective treatment.

Clients explore how early experiences, trauma, and learned patterns influence current functioning, emotional regulation, and behavior. Treatment focuses on increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, and adaptive coping skills.

Each client’s clinical needs and treatment goals are unique, so interventions are tailored to integrate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches support symptom reduction, behavior change, and improved psychological flexibility while maintaining a client-centered and strengths-oriented framework.

I support clients in developing effective coping strategies; increasing self-efficacy, and improving overall functioning while honoring individual values, autonomy, and lived experience.

You are safe here.

You are held here.

You can rise here.
